Poland is entering the final stage of adopting a law on crypto assets

The bill "Ustawa o rynku kryptoaktywów" (similar to MiCA) has been submitted to the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers – the final step before being sent to parliament.

 Approval is expected in May, entry into force in August 2025.

 Earlier, one of the presidential candidates in Poland proposed to create a bitcoin reserve, but the National Bank opposed it.
